Time flies..... just yesterday it was January 30, 2008 when Chris found out that he was accepted to Physicians Assistant School at Chatham University. What a joy and happy day that was. Chris graduated from the University of Utah on May 2, 2008. A new chapter of our life was beginning. After the craziness of finally selling our home, finishing preschool and getting ready to move, June 6th finally arrived. We were headed on the road to move back east. Leaving Stansbury Park, Utah and moving with curiosity and excitement to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Surviving kids being sick, hiding cats in hotels, and seeing "Touch Down Jesus," at Notre Dame in Indiana, we finally arrived. Yahoo! We have been here for a month now and really enjoying it and ourselves. Very different from the dry desert Utah. On a daily basis there is at least one rainstorm helping all plants, trees and such be so beautiful and brilliant with color. It has been an adjustment going from our home to a 3 bedroom apartment. We are realizing though that a home filled with LOVE is the most important. We are loving all of the professional sports around us. We are new and forever fans of the Pittsburgh Pirates and the NFL Steelers!!!! ( Wouldn't you know that the Steelers are named after us.... HA, HA!) The 4th of July was a lot of fun for our family. We had the opportunity to go to Heinz field (where the Steelers play) and have a fun day filled with music, bouncy houses, getting pictures with Steeley McBeam, and last but not least watching fireworks.
